Our restaurant bears the name of one of Shkodra's greatest artists, Kolë Idromeno. Inspired by the art of Idromeno, we bring you delicacy in taste, like the lines of his paintings, cuisinne innovation like his art, as well as tradition as you can find only in Shkoder. In essence, the connection between art and cuisine lies in their common purpose; to enrich the human experience by offering pleasure and reflection through their creation. Both Chefs are Artists are creators at heart who communicate through their work.
