Thank you for choosing to partner with Seat Me. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation as a restaurant on the Seat Me platform operated by Rozafa Consulting. By registering or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Restaurant Eligibility

To participate, your business must be a legally registered restaurant. You must provide accurate business information, including tax and payment details, and keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Accept and manage reservations received through Seat Me
  • Honor confirmed bookings unless there are extenuating circumstances
  • Provide a consistent and professional customer experience to diners

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

  • Ensure all profile information is accurate and updated regularly
  • Maintain availability and seating rules as configured in your dashboard
  • Promptly respond to reservation changes or cancellations if needed

4. Fees and Payment

Any applicable service fees, commissions, or promotional costs will be clearly outlined in your onboarding agreement or via your account dashboard. Payment terms and invoicing schedules will be communicated in advance.

5. Data Use

We collect and process reservation data, customer preferences, and business details to operate the platform. We do not sell your information. Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Diners may leave reviews after visiting your restaurant through Seat Me. We do not alter or remove reviews unless they violate our community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

You grant Seat Me a non-exclusive license to display your restaurant’s name, logo, menu, and images on our platform for promotional and reservation purposes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or remove your listing for breach of these Terms or for inappropriate conduct.

9. Liability

Seat Me is not liable for any losses related to no-shows, operational errors, or disputes between you and diners. You agree to hold Seat Me harmless from claims related to your services or business practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be communicated via email or through your restaurant dashboard. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
