Delete Your Seat Me Account

At Seat Me, we value your privacy. If you no longer wish to use our service, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and associated account data, please email us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address or phone number associated with your account
  • Your request for account and data deletion

We will process your request within 30 days. You may be asked to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account before deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:

  • Your Seat Me account
  • Your personal details (name, email, phone number)
  • Your reservation history

Note that past reservations may still be visible to restaurants for record-keeping purposes, but your personal information will be removed.

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Financial transaction records for tax and auditing
  • Data needed to comply with legal obligations

This data will be securely stored and deleted after the required retention period.
